Fintage House is an independent company based in Amsterdam that deals with film, TV and music rights since its foundation in 1986. I joined FintageHouse to perform several tasks over their database network. During this assignment, I edited and managed a large database of content for neighboring rights and claims - successfully automating with VBA (Visual Basic Automation) the data collection of information and tasks.
The work during this assignment was structured on performing several checks on the collection of artists represented by FintageHouse.
I successfully automated the following tasks:
Verifying the consistency of each catalogue in the respective country for each label;
Performing a “double-claim” control to ensure other third parties illegal claiming and generate reports for the legal department;
Cleaning the catalogue of represented labels updating it to the latest status of contracts;
Gathering data automatically the data from website vendors portals through custom routines;
